首先确定处错误的程序，如上图，根据你的电脑错误问题，搜索红色框中的字符。上图中搜索Hpqdirec.exe即可知道是什么程序。
上图中搜索iexplore.exe即可知道是IE浏览器的主程序程序。
有客发现使用电脑的过程中经常会出现microsoft visual c ++ runtime library的错误，类似上图。以下方法适用于对电脑不是很了解的人，高手可跳过。
找到处错误的程序之后就卸载相应的程序，卸载之后最好是重启电脑，然后安装该程序或者安装其他版本的程序。
